Mephisto: !!! It's true!!! This friendship reinforces lord Diavolo's dream!!!! *stopping*

Raphael and Thirteen: *look at each other*

Mephisto: Although… *looking away blushing* it's not all bad to hang out with you…

Raphael: *smiling* You're right, that was a silly question.

Thirteen: *grinning* It's true, I have a certain fondness for you guys though…. We could increase the power of this group.

Mephisto: How?

Raphael: ?

Thirteen: Take over Mc.

The two men look at the woman and suddenly all three burst out laughing.

ik i said i wanted a lore drop but this hurt. now i get why raphael's been mopey since coming back to the devildom. not only has simeon lost his wings, but he's turning into a demon on top of that, drifting further away from the celestial realm and raphael by proxy

it's clear how close all of them were when they were still angels, and it hurts to see how much they'd drifted apart after the brothers left, yk ??? it's like the boys were the glue that held their fucked up family together, but nobody realized it until it was too late

i like this version of raphael better than the version they alluded to in season 1 (season 2?) of the 1st game bc he feels more human. he felt like a michael offshoot to me in terms of personality whenever they brought him up prior to his official debut as a side character in the game, and even the description they gave for him felt like an offshoot of michael, but i'm glad we're getting to see more of him

can they add michael to the game though i'm BEGGING
